In a recent article on Baseline, the presentation secrets for Steve Jobs were highlighted (click here to read). It brought into focus something that is so close to my heart. I really believe that the passion and enthusiasm to fundamentally change how some things work is what makes our product so unique. We go through a lot of time and training to inculcate the same values in every person in the company.
Freedom is the basis for human creation. We like to surround ourselves with individuals who respect that freedom and can grow in that freedom. The expression of that enthusiasm shows in the solutions that we are putting out. I really feel privileged to be working in the company of such individuals.
